These Terms govern your use of Body Recode's coaching services, website, and mobile app, provided by Body Rcode Lifestyle Coaching FZE LLC.
1. Eligibility & Health Disclaimer
You must be 18+ (or have parental consent) and physically able to participate in an exercise program. Consult a physician before starting. Coaching does not replace medical advice.
2. Services
- Personal Training packages (1 month, 3 months).
- Online Coaching via the Body Recode app.
- Nutrition and lifestyle guidance included where specified.
3. Payments
All prices are listed in AED and are payable in advance. Access to sessions or the app is activated once payment is confirmed.
4. Session Booking & Cancellation
- PT sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows are counted as a completed session.
- Missed sessions cannot be carried over past the end of your package.
5. Client Conduct
You agree to follow safety instructions, disclose relevant health information, and treat coaches and staff with respect. We may end the engagement without refund for abusive behavior.
6. Intellectual Property
All training plans, videos, and app content are the property of Body Recode and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
Results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service or programme.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai.
