We want every client to feel confident starting with Body Recode. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Personal Training Packages
- Before sessions begin: Full refund available up to 48 hours before your first scheduled session.
- After sessions begin: We refund the unused portion of your package, prorated at the equivalent single-session rate, within the first 14 days.
- After 14 days, packages are non-refundable, but remaining sessions may be transferred to another program of equal value.
2. Coaching App Subscription
- Body Recode Coaching App access is purchased for one paid month at a time. Access continues until the end of the paid access period.
- Payments do not automatically renew unless an automatic renewal option is explicitly offered and accepted by you. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a paid access period.
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us and we'll extend or refund at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your name, order details, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
4. Exceptions
Digital products (e-books, downloadable programs) are non-refundable once accessed. Refunds may be denied where fraud or abuse is suspected.
